On November 1, Secretary General of the International Military Sports Council (CISM) Dorah Mamby Koita arrived in Tashkent on a working visit.

The International Council unites over 130 countries, organizes numerous international and regional championships, in particular, the Winter and Summer Military World Games.

Within the framework of the visit, the guest got acquainted with the exposition of the State Museum of Armed Forces of Uzbekistan and the Museum of Olympic Glory, met with military athletes – members of the MHSK club (Central Army Sports Club).

At the meeting held at the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, issues of expanding participation of army athletes of Uzbekistan in various international competitions, further strengthening of cooperation were discussed.

D.Koita got acquainted with such sports facilities of the capital as the Asian Judo Development Center, the “Bunyodkor” stadium.
