Gymnastics championship ends

Uzbekistan rhythmic gymnastics championship ended in Tashkent with participation of some 90 female athletes.

Among the participants was the winner of Egypt international tournament Evelina Kalisher, who celebrated victory in all-round events, surpassing Eleonora Muhammadiyeva and Zamira Sanaqulova.

In the sports master candidates competition, Aziza Mamajanova won gold, Valeriya Davydova received silver and Husniyabonu Gulyamova got bronze medals.

About 10,000 girls go in for rhythmic gymnastics in Uzbekistan. They train at over 630 gyms across the country.
