This can be seen on the example of labor success of Mingbulak district sericulturists of Namangan region. In 1900 houses of the district, residents were engaged in cultivation of 2100 boxes of silkworm caterpillars, delivered from China. Sericulturists were given vegetable oil and 200 thousand sums of advance payment for each box together with each box of silkworm eggs for stimulating sericulturists, which played an important role in stimulating the increase in labor productivity.

Residents of Mingbulak district, who receive two crops a year, grow 118 more boxes of silkworm caterpillars based on high agrotechnical requirements.

In the district, 236 sericulturists were distributed an average of 10 grams of silkworm eggs on average for obtaining a second crop. There is a contractual plan for the delivery of 5900 kilograms of high-grade silk raw material to the state. 20 thousand sums are paid for every kilogram.
