New directions of cooperation

A meeting with a delegation led by Dmitry Aristov, Director of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation was held at the Bureau of Forced Execution of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

At the meeting with the Director of the Bureau of Forced Execution of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan B.Kudratkhujayev, it was emphasized that agreements reached between the two countries contribute to further strengthening interaction between law enforcement agencies and executive authorities of the two countries.

The guests were provided with information on reforms that are being carried out in Uzbekistan on strengthening the mechanisms for protecting the constitutional rights of citizens, liberalizing the judicial and legal system, ensuring enforcement of judicial acts, activities of the prosecutor’s offices in the country, including the main directions, the legal status and powers of the newly established Bureau of Forced Execution.

At the meeting, issues of improving bilateral relations between the Bureau of Forced Execution of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation, identifying priority areas and promising cooperation projects were discussed.

Members of the delegation visited the Information and Analytical Multimedia Center at the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Here the guests were presented activities of the Bureau and the system of a single electronic trading platform “E-IJRO AUKSION”.

As a logical continuation of negotiations, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Bureau of Forced Execution of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation.

Within the framework of the event, a training seminar on “Issues of improving forced execution mechanisms in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation” was held at the Higher Courses of the General Prosecutor’s Office. At the event, the head of the executive management organization of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation Denis Firstov delivered a report on the practice of forced execution. Views were exchanged on such issues as ensuring the execution of judicial acts, the system for selling property electronically.
