It was attended by heads of relevant ministries and departments, deputies, experts, specialists of civil society institutions.

At the event, the current state and problems of juvenile justice in Uzbekistan, including prevention of juvenile delinquency and crime, the possibility of reforming within the current stage of judicial and legal reforms of the juvenile justice system, taking into account the recommendations of the UN Committee on the rights of the child and international standards were discussed.

Following the roundtable, participants exchanged views on the juvenile justice system in the country.
