With a view to informing the general public and international community about the ongoing reforms within the framework of the National Action Strategy for Five Priority Development Areas 2017-2021, the Development Strategy Center founded a public and analytical magazine Strategy of Uzbekistan.

The magazine is intended for a wide audience, including private entrepreneurs, representatives of political and expert circles, analysts and practitioners, as well as guests of the country. It will introduce them to the ongoing transformations in Uzbekistan, important reforms, to the outcomes of the policies in the framework of the Action Strategy.

According to the Development Strategy Center, the Strategy of Uzbekistan magazine is published quarterly in separate pieces in Uzbek, Russian and English languages, and is distributed among international organizations and foreign missions accredited in the country, as well as in Uzbekistan embassies abroad. There are plans afoot to establish cooperation with Uzbekistan Airways NAC and Uzbekistan Railways to represent the magazine on local and international flights and popular tourist destinations across the country.

The first issue of the magazine covers the first phase of implementation of the Action Strategy, the outcomes of actions taken under the State Program “The Year of Dialogue with People and Human Interests”.

It was first presented to the foreign audience at briefings and events under the official visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the US on May 15-17, 2018.

Presentations of the Strategy of Uzbekistan magazine were also held in China, India, Kazakhstan.
