Chinese delegation visits the Academy of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan

Training courses organized jointly by the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the University of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China began in Tashkent.

Leaders and cadets of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, members of the delegation of the University of Public Security of the PRC – professors-teachers and students are taking part at the event, organized to further improve the system of training specialists.

Head of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Bakhodir Matlubov, Professor of the University of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China Huang Na noted that scientific, educational and cultural ties are developing between the two countries. The main goal of bilateral relations is strengthening cooperation between education institutions, exchange of experience, and improvement of the training system.

Last year in Beijing, a memorandum was signed between the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the University of Public Security of China. The document provides for cooperation in such areas as the exchange of personnel, their training and professional development, introduction of modern innovative technologies in the education process, implementation of scientific projects.

Within the framework of cooperation in April-May of this year, a group of professors, teachers and cadets of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs passed professional development courses at the University of Public Security of the PRC.

During the training courses that will last at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs until August 29 this year, Chinese experts will get acquainted with the history, national customs and traditions of Uzbekistan people, the system of state administration of Uzbekistan, large-scale reforms implemented in the country, and exchange experience.
