Syrdarya students granted free public transport passesUzA, 8 September 2010, 16:41 Students of academic lyceums and professional colleges living in rural areas of Syrdarya region have been granted the right for free traveling in the public transport. Today, 4 academic lyceums and 48 professional colleges function in the region, according to regional administration. Starting from the new academic year, the students coming to schools from rural areas have been issued special passes giving the right to travel for free in the public transport.
