Youth forum held in Karakalpakstan

A youth forum titled “People and their rights and interests are the highest value of our sacred Motherland” and devoted to the 19th anniversary of Uzbekistan’s independence was held at Karakalpak State University named after Berdakh.

The event, organized by the Council of Ministers of the Karakalpakstan together with the Ministry of Culture and Sports, Karakalpak branch of Uzbeknavo variety association and Karakalpak branch of Kamolot youth movement, has turned into a true youth holiday.

A job fair, an entrepreneurs action, a show of national cultural heritage and events devoted to healthy lifestyle were also carried out within the forum.

“Our main goal is educating young people in the spirit of patriotism, providing them with career guidance, promoting national crafts and supporting entrepreneurship development,” said Kuvonch Yusupov, Kamolot member from Karakalpak State University.
