On July 20, 2018, the ceremony of issuing the 30th jubilee professional management program was held at Uzbekistan – Japan Center.
The professional management program is a six-month training course based on advanced Japanese experience, aimed at developing management skills for entrepreneurs and managers of private and public companies.
As reported by the Press Service of the Ministry for Foreign Trade, the first PMP program was organized in 2001, over 17 years of the program’s existence, nearly 1700 people have completed training, most of which are successfully doing business in Uzbekistan.
Deputy Minister for Foreign Trade Sahib Saifnazarov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Republic of Uzbekistan Nobuaki Ito, Chief Representative of JICA Uzbekistan Office Muneo Takasaka, co-directors of Uzbekistan – Japan Center Gulmira Ibragimova and Hirohiko Takata attended the ceremony. They handed certificates to the graduates and awarded distinguished students with memorable medals and certificates.
