Changes in pensions, allowances and scholarships contributed to the growth of total comprehensive income of the populationAccording to preliminary data, the total comprehensive income of Uzbekistan’s population in January-March 2018 was 43.2 trillion soums or averaged 1.3 million soums per capita.
The average per capita nominal comprehensive income of the population which is higher than the average republican level is observed in Tashkent city – 3310.7 thousand soums, Navoi region – 2111.4 thousand soums, Bukhara region – 1414.3 thousand soums and Tashkent region – 1403.6 thousand soums.
A significant increase in the total comprehensive income of the population was mainly contributed by significant changes in incomes from labor activity, which account for 59.6% of total incomes and 32.2% of incomes from transfers.
Income from property is one of the sources of incomes of the population. According to preliminary results in January-March 2018 the population received 2.4 trillion soums of property incomes. Their nominal growth rate in comparison with the corresponding period of 2017 amounted to 139.5%. The share of property incomes in the total comprehensive income of the population was 5.6%.
Over the past period changes in pensions, allowances and scholarships contributed to the growth of total comprehensive income of the population by 3.2%.
It should be noted that according to preliminary data in January-March 2018 the share of incomes received from small business was 47.7% of the total comprehensive income of the population.
