Khojeyli railway station reconstructed

Khojeyli railway station (Republic of Karakalpakstan) has been capitally reconstructed.

The station has a new waiting hall, mother and child rooms and luggage storage room.

The construction and repair works cost UZS 173 million and were carried out by Nukus Mediastroy LLC.

“We provided service to almost 50,000 passengers since the beginning of this year,” said the head of the station Asamaddin Najikov.

“Our station sells tickets to more than 10 destinations. Passengers can buy tickets for trains going to CIS countries right here,” he added.
